By downloading, installing, or using Leão Manso ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
License Grant
XK2 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Rent, lease, or lend the App to third parties
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL XK2 BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of XK2 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
